Winfield Police Department

•Non-injury accident: Christopher Lockyear, Winfield, struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Khammanh Phakornkham, Winfield, Monday in the 1300 block of Menor St.

•Non-injury accident: Taylor B. Weaver, Winfield, was involved in an accident Monday in the 1900 block of E. 20th Ave.

•Forgery: Keneth M. Flaming, Winfield, was a victim Monday in the 800 block of College St.

•Theft: Beatriz A. Sanchez, Arkansas City, was a victim Monday in the 3400 block of E. 12th Ave.

•Outside warrant: Ashley D. Lunceford, Arkansas City, was arrested Monday in the 500 block of Maris St.

•Alarm: Officers responded Tuesday to the 900 block of Main St.

•Criminal damage to property: Michael L. Gardner, Winfield, and the City of Winfield were victims Tuesday in the 400 block of E. Sixth Ave.

•Burglary to vehicle: Hallee E. Topper, Wichita, and Richard E. Sims, Winfield, were victims Tuesday in the 900 block of Alexander St.

•Non-injury accident: David L. Mansfield and Jenni L. Wright, both of Winfield, were involved in an accident Tuesday in the 1400 block of Manning St. Mansfield was cited for failure to yield from stop sign.

•Theft: Matthew J. Nelson, Winfield, was a victim Tuesday in the 1000 block of Main St.

•Theft: James D. Mort, Sr., Winfield, was a victim Tuesday in the 800 block of Millington St.

•Municipal warrants: Timothy J. Willett, Winfield, was arrested Tuesday on two Winfield warrants in the 1200 block of Stewart St.

Police Department

•Bench warrant: Ashley Lunceford, Wichita, was arrested Monday.

•Theft: An Arkansas City man was a victim Monday in the 200 block of Meek.

•Theft: The City of Arkansas City was a victim Monday.

•Vicious dog: The City of Arkansas City was a victim Monday in the 1100 block of South F.

•Criminal damage to property: An Arkansas City woman was a victim Monday in the 1200 block of N. Seventh.

•Criminal use of financial card: An Arkansas City woman was a victim Monday.

•Theft: An Arkansas City man was a victim Monday in the 700 block of S. Seventh.

•Non-injury accident: Catherine Mora and Erin Morris, both of Arkansas City, were involved in an accident Monday at Kansas Ave. and C St.

•Disorderly conduct: An Arkansas City woman was a victim Monday in the 200 block of N. First. Joshua Banta, Arkansas City, was arrested in connection.

•Theft: An Arkansas City business was a victim Monday in the 2700 block of N. Summit. Steven Norrod, Arkansas City, was arrested in connection.

Cowley County Sheriff's Department

•Vehicle in ditch: Deputies were dispatched Saturday to the 23000 block of U.S. 77 regarding two vehicles that had slid off the roadway. One vehicle already had someone pulling them out and a passerby stopped and got the second vehicle out of the ditch.

•Ride given: Deputies gave a subject a ride Saturday to the Butler County line from Winfield after clearing her of wants and warrants. She was going back to Wichita after getting into an argument with her daughter. A Butler County deputy met them at the county line and gave her a ride to Wichita.

•Burglary alarm: Deputies were dispatched Saturday to the 5000 block of 322nd Road. Structure found to be secure and contact made with the owner.

•Motorist assist: Deputies conducted an assist Saturday in the 25000 block of U.S. 77. Vehicle stuck at that location and deputy helped push the vehicle out.

•Vehicle in ditch: Deputies checked on a vehicle in the ditch Saturday in the 10000 block of U.S. 166. No one in or around the vehicle and it was off the roadway.

•Motorist assist: Deputies conducted an assist Sunday in the 19000 block of U.S. 77. The driver had help coming and he was assisted in pushing his vehicle off the roadway until his help arrived.

•Injury accident: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 10000 block of 292nd Road for a one vehicle injury accident.

•Tree in roadway: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 7000 block of 322nd Road. County crews notified.

•Criminal damage to property: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 26000 block of 31st Road regarding a subject who cut numerous doughnuts in a wheat field.

•Non-injury accident: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 15000 block of 101st Road for a one vehicle non-injury accident.

•Several vehicles in ditch: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the area between Winfield and Arkansas City on U.S. 77 for a report of several vehicles in the ditch. Vehicles that had occupants had help on the way and those that had no occupants were not damaged and off the roadway.

•Non-injury accident: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 29000 block of 292nd Road for a one vehicle non-injury accident.

•Domestic disturbance: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the 5000 block of 266th Road. Both parties involved denied physical contact. Report made.

•Non-injury accident: Deputies were dispatched Sunday to the intersection of U.S. 160 and 152nd Road for a one vehicle non-injury accident.

•Prisoner transport: Deputies transported a prisoner Monday for Arkansas City Police to Cowley County Jail.
