Winfield Police Department

•Theft: Linda K. Huff, Winfield, was the victim Friday in the 700 block of Main. Gina R. Shafer, Winfield, was arrested.

•Non-injury accident: Kira K. Endicott and Elizabeth D. Vargas, both of Winfield, were involved Thursday in the 1500 block of Wheat Rd.

•Driving violation: Austin L. Martin, Winfield, was cited Friday for running a red light in the 900 block of Main.

•Driving violation: Carol J. Williams, Sedan, was cited Friday for no child restraint in the 1500 block of E. Ninth.

•Speeding: Brenda E. Shell, Haysville, was cited Friday in the 1000 block of E. Ninth.

•Alarm: Officers responded Saturday to the 900 block of Main.

•Disturbance: Officers responded Friday to the 300 block of W. Eighth and the 1300 block of E. Fifth.

•Burglary: Kyle B. Zwelling, Oxford, was the victim Saturday in the 3400 block of E. Ninth.

•Accident: Paul M. Craig, Winfield, was the driver of a vehicle Saturday that struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Tanya D. Pettegrew, Oxford, on Saturday in the 2700 block of East 12th.

•Driving/riding violations: Vinn Ley, Wichita, was arrested/cited Saturday for driving while suspended and unlawful rider at the Winfield City Lake.

•Driving violation: Colby A. Reed, Ark City, was cited Saturday for no drivers license at the Winfield City Lake,

•The following were cited Saturday for no seat belt in the city limits of Winfield: Debora A. Rogers, Derby; Jerry L. R. Branstettler Jr., Haysville; Alex Garoutte, Blackwell, Okla.;  and Jessica D. Bosley, Christopher A. Donohue, Nixon Namphengsone, Michael J. Cates, Albaro Miranda, Maurice P. Roberts, Timothy R. Cox and Craig A. Topper, all of Winfield.

•Theft: Walmart, Winfield, was the victim Sunday in the 2200 block of Pike Rd.

•Seatbelt violations: Matthew J. Trollman, Winfield, was cited Sunday at the Winfield City Lake, Konner C. Martin, and Shallyn J. Keraly, both of Winfield, were cited in the 1200, and Cranston L.M. Reeves, Winfield, was cited in the 900 block of Main.  

Arkansas City Police Department

•Theft: An Ark City female was the victim Friday in the 800 block of South B.

•Theft: An Ark City female was the victim of theft again in the 800 block of South B.

•Driving violation: Matthew Mora, Ark City, was arrested Friday for suspended drivers license at Winggate and Eighth.

•Driving violation: Thomas Morris, Ark City, was arrested Friday for suspended driver license in the 300 block of N. Eighth.

•Criminal damage to property: Potter's Liquor Store, Ark City, was the victim Friday in the 600 block of W. Madison.

•Theft from motor vehicle: An Ark City female was the victim Friday in the 1200 block of S. Second.

•Outside bench warrant: Brandon Mills, Derby, was arrested Friday in the 600 block of S. First.

•Criminal restraint/battery: An Ark City female was the victim Friday.

•Theft: Phil Stop, Ark City, was the victim Friday.

•Criminal damage to property: An Ark City female was the victim Saturday in the 1200 block of S. Second.

•Liquor law violation: Richard Bowman-Beckmeyer, Donovan Tibbs and Mitchell Green, all of Ark City, were arrested Saturday in the 400 block of South C.

•Criminal damage to property/motor vehicle: An Ark City male was the victim Saturday.

•Injury accident: Sasha Crane and Joehan Rodriguez were involved Saturday in the 1000 block of S. Summit.

•Criminal damage to property/disorderly conduct: Dakota Graham was arrested Saturday in the 1500 block of N. Fourth.

•Battery: An Ark City female was the victim Saturday in the 1000 block of South B.
