The 23rd Annual Cowley County Toy Run will be held Nov. 9. The event, in loving memory of Mike “Crusher” Webb, will begin with line-up at noon at Island Park. Riders will leave the park at 1 p.m. sharp and ride to the Agri-Business Building in Arkansas City. A suggested donation of $2 is requested per rider for a button.

A lunch of sloppy joes or chicken and noodles along with chips, veggies, desserts and coffee or tea will be served at the Agri-Business Building for a  $5 donation.

Everyone is welcome including two-wheelers, three-wheelers with four-wheelers to follow.

All proceeds will be donated to Cowley Toy Run charities.

No alcohol is allowed before the run, and candy will not be thrown. Also no hot-dogging or passing.
