Reynoldses to celebrate 60th anniversary
Donald and Leona Reynolds, Winfield, are celebrating 60 years of marriage today.
A come-and-go reception is planned in their honor from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 31, at their home, 712 E. 17th, Winfield.
Donald Reynolds and Leona Saltz married July 14, 1949, at Grace Methodist Church. The Rev. Franklyn Edwards officiated.
They have made their home in Winfield since their marriage. Donald is retired from working for several oil companies as a driller and pumper.
Leona is a homemaker and has volunteered at William Newton Hospital for 41 years.
Donald and Leona are the parents of three sons, Michael Reynolds, and wife, Rita, Neosho Mo.; Harold Reynolds, and wife, Donna, East Hampton, Conn.; and Gerald Reynolds and wife, Robbie, Winfield. Donald and Leona also have seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
All family and friends are invited to the celebration. The couple request no gifts but would welcome cards. Best wishes and cards may be sent to them at their home.
